Refund policy

At Dhrumi Shah Label, we do not offer returns or refunds.

We only offer size exchanges or exchanges for products received in a damaged condition.

Size Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The garment must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • The exchanged size will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original garment.
  • Each order is eligible for one size exchange only.

Damaged Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video (starting before the package is opened) is mandatory.
  • Clear photographs and videos showing the damage must also be shared.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

If the exchange request is approved:

  • Please share a clear photo or video while handing over the product to our courier partner as proof of return.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We reserve the right to decline exchange requests if:

  • The garment has been worn, washed or altered.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The request is made beyond the specified time period.
  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage after delivery.
